![]() You can tell on the intro, since "Hatena" was crossed out and "Sudomemo" was shown by it instead. But instead of Flipnotes from Hatena being shown, Flipnotes from Sudomemo are being shown from Part 16 onward. Revival Īs a joke to tell everyone that Hatena still exists, the original creator returned the series on November 12th, 2019, the day Spencer Everly turned 20. The remake series is not going to come back, even if the original series came back, due to the DSi Gallery services shutting down on April 1st, 2018. Part 10 was the finale, and the longest part out of the other parts. Spencer Everly got a hold of Flipnote Studio 3D, and decided to make a 'Reborn' variant of the "Big Save" series, since anyone can access the "DSi Library" with Flipnote Studio IDs to download the flipnotes which were previously available on Hatena. Now-a-days you can get Flipnote Studio 3D with My Nintendo. until November 2019 (Part 16 to 20 used VEGAS Pro 14 for the editing)įlipnote Studio 3D, an app that was on hiatus for release for 2 years at the time, was released for Club Nintendo members before it's shutdown. He made 15 parts, which Part 15 was decided to be the finale of the series. Īfter downloading some flipnotes, he used a video editor (AVS Video Editor) to edit some flipnotes in, and posts it on the internet as "Flipnote Hatena's Big Save". He downloaded the flipnotes on the Flipnote Hatena website by using RealPlayer, freeware software that downloads videos from the internet. Then he decided to return to Hatena and post some stuff while he made the series. He has found his DSi somewhere in the basement, even though he thought he lost it at first. ![]() I know you did say you didn't want to hack your 3ds, but I did want to share my experiences if they could make you feel better about bricks and stuff.Spencer Everly, which was "Nick! DSi" on Flipnote Hatena, decided he was gonna make a series of flipnotes around the world, since Flipnote Hatena was closing at the time. Another thing about bricks is there are protocols taken in the hacking process in order to make sure that if a brick somehow happens, you can restore your 3ds and overcome the brick easily. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to brick your console whatsoever, unless you're purposefully aiming to do so. If you have a computer or android with a USB-C to microsd converter, I'd recommend hacking. I also know NOTHING about computers and stuff, and was still able to hack 3ds's easily, with the proper guide. So they basically have been improvising on it for 10 years. It's not because I got more familiar, it's because the 3ds hacking scene is probably the best hacking scene for any Nintendo console, right next to the Wii. I've hacked about 4 3ds's, and with each 3DS the process has become even more easier and easier with each time. However, I would like to give you a little bit of info on that. Sadly, hacking your DS is the only option.
